Easyreserve operates a variety of websites dedicated to the vacation rental business. Most of our websites are results based which means you do not pay until a reservation is booked.

For those of you that prefer to pay a yearly or monthly subscription fee rather that a commission we offer SeekVacations.com. On SeekVacations we have a variety of options including two subscription models and a commission-based model.

Commission Model
• EasyReserve handles all the communication with the renter. No work on the owner's part except to answer any specific questions we forward .
• Owners setup their properties with easy-to-use interface. Upload photos, descriptions, availability, etc.(inlcudes all the features of the normal subscription model)
• Availability calendar can be published on other sites so you just need to maintain one calendar.

If you choose the subscription model for the Seekvacations.com website there are three types of subscription models.

SeekVacations FREE Listing and FREE Availability Calendar for Individual Owners
• Upload 3 Property Photos
• Multi-unit properties supported with 1 photos for each unit (interior photos)
• Support for multi-language descriptions (English, German, French and Italian)
• FREE Availability Calendar
• Unlimited edits to descriptions, photos and calendar.
• Setup individual booking and local policies.
• Integrated with Google Maps
• Unlimited number of seasons per unit for pricing.
• Property requests forwarded directly to the owner.
• Free listing expires after six months.
• Free calendar never expires.

SeekVacations Normal Subscription
• Upload 20 Property Photos
• Multi-unit properties supported with 10 photos for each unit (interior photos)
• Support for multi-language descriptions (English, German, French and Italian)
• Availability calendar
• Unlimited edits to descriptions, photos and calendar.
• Setup individual booking and local policies.
• Integrated with Google Maps
• Unlimited number of seasons per unit for pricing.
• Many other features to help market your property such as: extra services you offer, local transportation near property, outdoor activities nearby, local attractions to visit.
• Phone number to contact the owner (optional).
• Link to owner's website (optional).
• Property requests forwarded directly to the owner.

SeekVacations Advanced Subscription
• All the features included in the normal subscription plus:
• Complete reservation system. Allow bookings online, as well as, being able to update the reservation system with any offline bookings. This keeps the availability calendar accurate and allows us to generate accurate reservation reports for your properties.
• Communicate with renters directly through the system. Keep track of all emails received and sent in the renter account. Easy to see the status of each renter and what is the next step to do.
• Automatic emails for renters.
• Flexible report options for both reservations and renters.
