It is surrounded by an elegant living room featuring fine décor, warm colors, plush sofas, and a fireplace, alongside a dining area with a designer table and chairs, and a striking spiral staircase connecting the lower and upper floors. A fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom of 140cm, which can also serve as a private office, complete this level, accompanied by a private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each offer private bathrooms with 2 washbasins, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. One bedroom features a 180cm double bed while the other offers a 140cm double bed configurable into 2 twin beds, both with air conditioning, and 1 of the rooms also includes a TV and DVD player. Each upper bedroom enjoys direct access to a balcony on the gallery. The property benefits from high-speed Internet WiFi throughout, and the surrounding yard provides a serene and private outdoor setting. A tennis court is available for guests seeking active recreation, while the heated swimming pool crowns the rooftop terrace as the ultimate jewel of this remarkable residence. Dar Sami is a fully staffed property, with a cook, a maid, and a manager on hand 8 hours per day to attend to every need and request, including meal preparation and housekeeping.

Dar Sami operates as a fully staffed residence, with domestic staff available 8 hours per day to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. The house chef prepares all meals, and meals as well as beverages will be charged to the final bill. The rates include bed and household linens, breakfast, domestic staff, electricity, water, gas, heating of the swimming pool, housekeeping, and Internet WiFi. Services not included in the rates are airport transfers, lunch, dinner, hammam sessions, hammam treatments, laundry service, massage, and tips for the staff. The hammam and massage room are available on request and represent a wonderful complement to the overall experience. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. A security deposit of 700 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A tourist tax of 2.5 EUR per person per day applies. Children are welcome at the property and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or hammam. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. The staff speaks French and Arabic.
