All guests must provide a photocopy of their passport and sign a form for the local authorities upon arrival. The property is within walking distance from the city center. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 to April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Please note that fans are not usable. Kitchen services, if desired, must be arranged at least 2 months before arrival. An arrival fee applies if you arrive outside the indicated hours. The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

At guests disposal:
The villa is completely enclosed by a fence and has an independent entrance and enjoys complete privacy. A large garden surrounds the house and here there is a private swimming pool (16m x 8m depth 1.5 mt).
From here, following a footpath, you can reach a lake, tennis court, and also other trekking footpaths within the densely thick woods.
Our guests are free to explore the farm and have free access to the large biological vegetable garden which has been cultivated using old traditional methods.
