Welcome to an unforgettable active holiday in this 64 m² holiday apartment, built in 2016 and located on the second floor of a low-rise building in the Sports Institute area. This bright and functional apartment combines well-designed facilities with a convenient location, just 85 km from Highway Kehä III.
The Eerikkilä Sport & Outdoor Resort area offers a wide variety of activities and services, whether you're into outdoor recreation, sports, or simply relaxing in nature. The nearby Ruostejärvi Nature Recreation Area is known for its clear waters and shallow sandy beach, ideal for swimming. You can reach the public beach by walking along a scenic lakeside path in just 15 minutes. There is also a private swimming spot approx. 150 meters from the apartment.
The apartment features a living room/kitchen, a washroom with WC, one bedroom with two separate 80 cm wide beds, and a loft with two separate 80 cm wide beds. The apartment does not have its own sauna, but guests have free access to the sauna in the main building’s gym every evening. Lakeside saunas are also available for rental at an extra charge.
