The cottage has been crafted from a traditional old log building and thoughtfully enlarged in 2004, preserving its rustic character while offering comfortable living spaces across multiple levels. The property accommodates up to 10 guests and features a well-considered layout that includes a combined living room and kitchen with 1 extra bed suitable for guests up to 186–189 cm in height, a separate living room, an alcove area within the living room with 2 beds, a washroom, a sauna, an upstairs living room, a bedroom with 2 beds, a small bedroom with 2 mattresses, a kitchenette, and a large balcony. It is worth noting that the interior living spaces are relatively modest in size for a group of 10, particularly during periods of inclement weather when guests are spending extended time indoors.

Outdoors

The property enjoys a privileged position just 250 metres from the shores of Lake Havulampi, a pristine 7-hectare pond with a maximum depth of over 9 metres at its centre. The lake is characterised by its clean, dark waters and a bottom of hard, soft sand, making it well suited for swimming and relaxation. The lake stretches approximately 600 metres in length and 300 metres in width, and the opposite shore remains uninhabited, ensuring a sense of seclusion and natural tranquillity. Guests have access to a private boat, allowing them to explore the lake at their leisure. The property also benefits from a dedicated lakeside sauna located directly on the beach, known as Kaskiranta, where the natural surroundings create a truly peaceful atmosphere. Please be aware that the lakeside sauna has no electricity and is not available for use during the winter season.

Check-in is available from 5 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 11 am on the day of departure.
