Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the property, with 2 dedicated bedrooms and additional sleeping capacity in the living room. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm each. The living room provides 2 sofa beds, each convertible into a 140 x 190 cm extra bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 4 plus 4 beds. A traditional Finnish sauna with a wood-burning stove is available for your enjoyment, complemented by a washroom, a separate dressing room with a fireplace, and a separate toilet accessible directly from the hallway. For leisure and entertainment, the living room is equipped with a television, a PlayStation 3 game console with a selection of games and movies, as well as a collection of books and board games available for your use throughout your stay.

The cottage benefits from its own generously sized private yard, offering a serene and secluded outdoor space where you can relax undisturbed. Lake Murtolampi is just 100 metres from the property, providing direct access to the waterfront, which features a natural, deep, mud-bottomed beach. During the summer season, a barbecue grill and an electric grill are made available for outdoor cooking and dining. A starter set including coals and lighter fluid is provided for the barbecue grill as a courtesy; should additional supplies be required beyond what is included, you are kindly asked to purchase any extra coals and lighter fluid independently. Please be aware that a log building situated within the yard is currently undergoing renovation works, though construction activities will only take place when no guests are present on the property.

The cottage does not include a pier, and the lake access point features a deep, mud-bottomed beach, which is worth bearing in mind when planning water-based activities. The sauna is heated by a traditional wood-burning stove, adding to the authentic Finnish atmosphere of the property. The dressing room adjacent to the sauna is equipped with a fireplace, providing an additional source of warmth and ambiance. The barbecue grill starter set, consisting of coals and lighter fluid, is provided as a convenience during the summer season; however, if the supplied quantity proves insufficient, you will need to source additional materials independently. The log building in the yard is undergoing renovation, and all associated construction work is scheduled exclusively during periods when no tenants are occupying the property, ensuring your stay remains undisturbed.
