The property accommodates guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms: the first bedroom features a double bed 180 cm wide, the second bedroom, which also serves as a workroom, includes a double bed 150 cm wide and a sleeping sofa 120 cm wide, and the third bedroom offers a double bed 160 cm wide. The villa is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a washroom with 2 showers. Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring you remain connected during your stay. The sauna and shower facilities were renovated in 2000, reflecting a commitment to guest comfort within a traditionally styled setting.

The exterior of the villa is one of its most compelling features, offering direct access to the Gulf of Finland with the shoreline located just 30 m away and the opposite shore visible at approximately 100 m distance. The bay is naturally sheltered, with shallow waters and a hard sand bottom near the shore, transitioning to a mud bottom further out, making it suitable for a variety of water activities. An open porch of 30 m² provides an inviting space for outdoor relaxation, dining, and enjoying the surrounding natural landscape. A dedicated lakeshore sauna of 40 m², renovated and fully equipped, sits at the water's edge and includes a dressing room with a convertible bed and sofa, electric lighting, electric heating, cold and hot running water, a shower, and a wood-burning stove. During winter months, an ice hole is maintained, offering a traditional Finnish cold-water experience. The property also includes its own boat with an outboard motor, giving you the freedom to explore the surrounding waters at your leisure.

The villa operates with an electric sauna stove in the main building, complementing the wood-burning stove available in the separate lakeshore sauna, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout all seasons. Please be aware that 2 of the 3 bedrooms are also used as the owner's workrooms during periods when the property is not occupied by guests, though they are fully available for your use during your stay. The lakeshore sauna building is a self-contained space that can also serve as additional sleeping accommodation thanks to its convertible bed and sofa in the dressing room, offering flexible arrangements for larger groups or guests seeking additional privacy.
