Directly in front of the kitchen, a dedicated outdoor dining area is equipped with umbrellas, chairs, and a table, perfect for leisurely lunches in the open air. One of the bedrooms also benefits from direct external access via a small loggia furnished with sofas, offering a private outdoor retreat. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a panoramic position approximately 10 metres from the property and measures 12 x 6 metres, with a variable depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.40 metres. Access to the pool is via Roman stairs, and the pool structure is constructed in plastic resin. The surrounding pool deck is finished in teak and furnished with sun beds and tables. Adjacent to the pool, a hydromassage tub and a large outdoor Jacuzzi tub complete the wellness offering. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.
