Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. The villa is equipped with central heating and features a fireplace in the living room, ensuring comfort during cooler evenings. A conference room is also available on the premises. The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, and bed and household linens as well as electricity, water, and gas are all included in the rates. A professional cleaning service is provided from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Saturday. Services not included in the rates are cancellation insurance and a chef, the latter being available upon request. The staff speaks English, French, and Spanish. Check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out time is by 10:00. A security deposit of 4,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damages. Events may not be organised on the property without prior approval. It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo.
