Dating back to 1600, the villa was meticulously rebuilt and restored following the 1997 earthquake, with every detail carefully preserved to honor its original architectural character. The elegant rooms are furnished in Art Nouveau style, reflecting the noble heritage of the family who once resided here. The Church of San Michele Arcangelo, the chapel of the borgo, is situated at the rear of the villa and remains physically attached to it, adding a layer of historical and spiritual significance to the estate. Guests benefit from a generously sized private yard spanning approximately 3,000 square meters, entirely fenced and maintained to the highest standard, offering sweeping panoramic views over the plateau. Seamless connectivity is ensured through Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property, while ample uncovered parking for 6 to 7 vehicles is conveniently located in the lower section of the garden, accessible via a dedicated path.

Benches are thoughtfully placed throughout the garden to allow guests to admire the breathtaking panorama of the plateau stretching across Marche and Umbria. In the upper section of the garden, adjacent to the villa, a comfortable lounge area with sofas and a hammock invites relaxation, while a portico equipped with tables and chairs provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining. A paved path leads down to the infinity pool, a stunning 17 x 6 meter non-heated pool with a constant depth of 1.20 meters, lined in PVC with a distinctive color that renders the water a deep, vivid blue. The pool is equipped with chlorine purification and internal lights, and entry to the water is facilitated by a small beach area and large Roman steps, making it particularly suitable for younger children. The solarium, finished in stamped concrete, is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a gazebo with sofas. A barbecue area and a wood oven are also available in this zone. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
