The rental is composed of 4 units which are not internally connected and also offers a beautiful living area with a cinema area, a large fireplace, a small kitchen corner (microwave, American coffee maker, small dishwasher, espresso maker) and a children’s playroom with toys.
Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a bathroom with a shower.
The owners live upon the property but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool.

Beautiful house dating back to the end of the 18th century comprising 6 welcoming apartments. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.

The rental includes Internet Wifi, bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, as well as a cot and high chair for families travelling with young children. A final cleaning service is required at the end of the stay. Heating is available upon consumption and is not compulsory; it is important to note that the heating system serves either the house or the swimming pool, but not both simultaneously. Electricity and air conditioning are metered separately. Pets are welcome upon prior request, subject to an additional weekly fee.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required upon confirmation of the booking, with the final balance due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. The minimum stay is 1 week, and the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 900 euros is required upon arrival, payable in cash or by credit card, and will be returned at the end of the stay provided no damage has occurred.
Upon request, a range of additional services is available to enhance the guest experience, including a cooking service, cooking classes, a shopping service, and private transfers to the airport or other destinations.

The villa has been recently restored with its original architectural features preserved and turned into a welcoming country villa comprising 10 bedrooms set on 3 floors. The access to the property is via a steep, paved, country road ending with a short stretch of a dirt road.
