The first floor hosts 5 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and minibar fridge; 1 bedroom can be converted into twin beds upon request, and 2 bedrooms can each accommodate an additional single bed. All rooms overlook the park. The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms. Holiday home Villa La Fragola is a beautiful property (100 sq m) that includes WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located , Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from Montepulciano. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.
What to Expect
The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.
Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.
One room with access through the garden with shower and changing room for guests who want to enjoy the pool without entering the house.
After arriving you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
