Farmhouse Sipilä is a new, breathable log house located in the middle of cultivated fields. For sauna lovers, there has three (3) different saunas.

The two-story rental cabin overlooks the evening sun of the Venetekämä lake shore about 250 meters away. Venetekämä is about 4 km long and 1 km wide, hard, shallow sandy bottom, clean water lake in the watershed area, pier and rowing boat on the shore.

The cottage can accommodate a larger group for vacationing, partying and remote work. The living room is a two-story high, spacious space with armchairs, a pull-out sofa, a fireplace and a smart TV that connects to the Wi-Fi network. The living room is connected to the dining area as an extension of the long model kitchen with dining tables. It has a 60 cm baking oven and a wood stove with extractor fans. The kitchen has a ceramic stove with convection oven and extractor fan, Siemens dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven and radio/CD player. The breakfast table in the kitchen has open field views. The recycling possibilities at the waste point are good. The living room leads to a large open terrace, where you can enjoy cooling off or your morning coffee. The windowed hallway is spacious.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with two 90 cm king-size beds. The other has a desk for doing remote work. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with two 80 cm beds. The lobby on the upper floor has a pull-out couch and a children's playground. Both floors have stylish, spacious toilets with bidet showers. The beach has a beach sauna built in 2016 with a 15 m² terrace, a campfire site, a pier, a rowing boat, a water heater and an outdoor toilet. You can swim in a shallow, sandy lake directly from the sauna with clean feet. The 4.5 m² sauna has a wood heater and a heater tank. Water is obtained by carrying from the lake. The beach sauna is available from April-May to the end of October. There are rechargeable lamps in the sauna and dressing room.

The courtyard sauna, built in 1970 and renovated in 2000, has a dressing room and a wood heater and heater tank. There is carrying water from a manual well 20 m away and a covered, small terrace and a dressing room.

To make vacations easier for families with children, the house has toys, games, books, a baby bed and a high chair, and a stool and a potty in the washroom.
