Please note that the house does not have a fireplace. Climate comfort is ensured year-round through an air source heat pump. For guests travelling by electric vehicle, an EV Charging Station is available on site in the form of a Type 2 charging point with a charging power of 5.5 kW, bookable and payable at the time of reservation, with the cost of charging electricity settled directly with the owner on arrival.

Outdoors

The property boasts an impressive terrace of 90 square metres, offering ample space for outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining. A gas grill is available for your use, making the terrace an ideal setting for summer gatherings. A wood-fired hot tub is also available for an additional fee, including firewood, and must be booked at least one week before the start of your reservation by selecting the dedicated hot tub additional service at the time of booking. The hot tub is heated by guests themselves. The resort sits just 200 metres from the Archipelago and Peimari waterway, which is 1 kilometre wide, and guests have shared access to a beach, a pier, and a rowing boat. The beach features both shallow and deeper areas with a gravel and clay bottom, making it suitable for a variety of water activities. Please be aware that the rowing boat is raised at the end of October, subject to weather conditions. A separate lakeside sauna is also available for shared use with guests of 3 other rental cottages on the property. This lakeside sauna is included in the accommodation price, must be reserved on site, and is heated by the guests themselves. It cannot be used during the winter months. The resort offers good fishing opportunities directly from the surrounding area, though net fishing is not permitted.
