The separate wooden beach sauna, completely renovated and expanded in 2020, stands approximately 20 metres from the sea and features an atmospheric sauna room with an unobstructed view directly to the water. In front of the beach sauna, a dedicated terrace provides a serene outdoor space to unwind after a session. A sound system is installed for listening to music both inside the sauna room and outside the sauna building, enhancing the overall outdoor experience. A hot tub is also available in connection with the beach sauna as an optional extra, with a rental period running from April 1 to November 30, and the customer is responsible for filling and heating the hot tub in accordance with the instructions provided, with payment arranged directly with the owner.

The beach sauna building has been thoughtfully designed to offer complete autonomy, featuring a separate toilet, a shower within the sauna, and underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor. A separate dressing room and bedroom is available on the ground floor of the sauna building, while the upper floor accommodates 3 beds, making it a versatile space for additional guests. The sauna in the main villa is equipped with an electric stove. Check-in at Villa Nyåker begins at 17:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00.
