A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. Extra services and activities must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings. All services provided to guests during their stay can only be arranged by or through the restaurant or Tenuta Umbra. Minimum stay required is 7 nights Saturday to Saturday, except for last-minute requests. Short stays and daily rates are available on request in other seasons. The property only accepts weddings, parties or events at Villa Ugo, with a maximum of 55 guests. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to local municipality regulations.
