Looking for the perfect vacation spot in a peaceful seaside setting, yet close to the capital? This stunning, three-story 237 m² villa built in 2002 offers luxurious surroundings for a relaxing holiday year-round.
The villa’s main floor features a bright living room and a spacious kitchen with ample dining space for the whole group. On the same floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed and its own separate WC.
The sauna section includes two showers and an electric sauna with magnificent sea views. There is also an additional WC and a hall area on this level, with stairs leading to the upper floor. From the hall, double doors open to the backyard, where a high-quality outdoor lounge set invites you to relax in the open air.
On the upper floor is an open space with a double bed at one end and three single beds at the other.
On the lower floor, accessible via a separate outdoor entrance, you'll find impressive entertainment facilities: a billiards table, a movie room (65' smart TV and a BOSE surround sound system), a bar counter, and a separate WC.
In addition to the main building, guests have access to a separate, winter-insulated guest cabin. The loft has two single beds, and downstairs there is a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. The guest cabin also features a separate WC with a shower.
