Sehr schöne Unterkunft, empfehle ich gerne weiter. Große Räume, man findet auch ein einsames Plätzchen, auch wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe da ist. Schwimmbad neu im Außenbereich eine blickdichte Dusche wäre da schön, dass man auch gleich nach dem Schwimmen sich richtig abduschen kann, ohne noch mal ins Bad zu müssen. Ein paar Geschirrhandtücher mehr wären schön. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine alles vorhanden und im Dauereinsatz bei uns. Nette Vermieter nebenan. Hatten eine Weinverköstigung mit Essen abends gebucht. Sehr lecker und wohlschmeckend. Im ersten Stock ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und nebenan ein separates Bad, evtl. noch für ein Zimmer von oben zu nutzen. Im oberen Stockwerk ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, gegenüber ein Doppelzimmer, dann jeweils zwei Schlafzimmer, die sich ein Bad teilen und weitere 3 Schlafzimmer, wo es sich anbietet, dass diese sich ein Bad teilen. War alles top, empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Swimming pool new in the outdoor area, an opaque shower would be nice so that you can shower properly right after swimming without having to go back into the bathroom. A few more tea towels would be nice. Dishwasher, washing machine all available and in constant use with us. Nice landlord next door. Had booked a wine tasting with dinner in the evening. Very tasty and flavoursome. On the first floor a bedroom with its own bathroom and next door a separate bathroom, possibly to be used for a room from upstairs. On the upper floor a bedroom with its own bathroom, opposite a double room, then two bedrooms that share a bathroom and another 3 bedrooms where it makes sense for them to share a bathroom. Très belle maison familiale ou on se sent bien tout de suite. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Idéalement située à 15mn à pied de la gare nous avons pu nous rendre à Florence en train, visiter les Cinques Terres en bateau au départ de Viareggio.

Très belle maison, bien équipée, bien entretenue, disposée dans un endroit très très calme. Site tout à fait adapté à la quiétude et au repos.
Hôtes discrets et charmants. Nous avons apprécié l'énorme bouquet, la tarte, les confitures de bienvenue et les légumes du jardin en cours de séjour.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist wahnsinnig schön. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren super, da wir wegen der Mücken nicht mit offenem Fenstern schlafen konnten. Rundum alles prima. Alles funktionierte und war in Schuss. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll ausgestattet. Besonders in der Küche fehlt nichts. Das große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist neu ausgestattet. Es werden auf der Homepage zwei Badezimmer angegeben, es ist aber tatsächlich nur eines. Ansonsten alles ok. Der große Balkon im ersten Stock ist super groß und hat eine Sonnenmarkise, sodass er sich tagsüber nicht aufheizen kann.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich, sodass man nicht mit einem Familienanschluss rechnen muss.

The large bedroom with double bed is newly furnished. There are two bathrooms listed on the homepage, but there is actually only one. Otherwise everything is ok. The large balcony on the first floor is super large and has a sun awning so that it doesn't heat up during the day.

Sehr freundliche Anlagenbetreiber, sehr auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Wohneinheit zufriedenstellend und sauber. Pool sehr angenehem. Parkflächen in außreichender Menge und Größe innerhalb der Anlage. Einziger Nachteil war, kein W-Lan. Lage ist gut gelegen um in 45min. das Meer zu erreichen und innerhalb 15 min. einen Supermarkt. Würden sehr gerne dort wieder residieren. Hat sehr viel Spass gemacht.

a very nice and comfortable loction on top of a hill. You've a magnificent view over the valley and are competley for yourself with lots of space around the house.
The street is very steep but no problem to reach the house! We've spent one week with 9 persons and the location was ideal for our needs. The pool area was also very nice and comfortable. Comfortable, zeer ruime villa.
Professionele gastheer, zeer prettig.
