Wir (2 Erw. 2 Kinder) haben Anfang August 1 Woche in dem Appartement verbracht und waren bei Temperaturen zwischen 35 und 39 Grad dankbar für 2 gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen (Elternschlafzimmer und Wohnbereich). Die Matratzen sind neu und bieten hohen Liegekomfort. Die Küche ist sehr modern und wirklich schick. Genugend Geschirr ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig. Vom Balkon aus kann man in die grüne Straße und auf Pinien sehen. Man sitzt dort sehr schön. Die Lage ist 1a. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und in der Strandpromendade. Wir können das Appartement guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We (2 adults, 2 children) spent a week in the apartment in early August and, with temperatures ranging from 35 to 39 degrees, were grateful for the two well-functioning air conditioning units (in the master bedroom and living area). The mattresses are new and very comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and truly stylish, and there is plenty of crockery available. The apartment is absolutely quiet. From the balcony, you have a view of the tree-lined street and pine trees—it is a lovely spot to sit. The location is excellent; the beach and the beach promenade are just a few minutes away. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und Hund zwei schöne Wochen in dem zentralen, ruhig gelegenen und sauberem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Es ist hell und geräumig, die Betten sind bequem. Alle Fenster lassen sich mit Jalousien verdunkeln. Der Garten ist groß, komplett geschlossen und es gibt zwei herrliche, sehr große Palmen, die guten natürlichen Schatten bieten. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Wasseranschluss, mit dem bei Bedarf den Hund nach Strandspaziergängen abduscht werden kann. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben, eine Grundausstattung und genug Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, um richtig zu kochen.
Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass das Haus von zwei Seiten betreten werden kann. Durch einen Haupteingang, der in den Wohn- Essbereich führt und durch einen Eingang direkt vom Parkplatz aus (Platz für zwei auch größere Autos), der in einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Regalen und Waschmaschine führt. Der Raum eignet sich hervorragend um Einkäufe zu verstauen und Wäsche zu trocknen, falls es nachts feucht ist.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet. In weniger als drei Minuten kann man morgens frische Baguette und Croissants kaufen, in weniger als fünf Minuten ist man am Atlantik. Dort ist es sowohl bei Flut als auch bei Ebbe landschaftlich atemberaubend schön. Sonntags findet in ebenfalls in drei Minuten Laufweite ein sehr schöner Markt statt, auf dem Obst, Gemüse, regionale Spezialitäten und Kunsthandwerk angeboten werden. Der Besuch ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Der Empfang im Haus war sehr freundlich und hat super geklappt.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] As a family with two teenagers and a dog, we spent two lovely weeks in this clean, spacious, and bright holiday home, which is centrally located yet quiet.
The beds are comfortable, and all windows have blinds to block out the light. The garden is large and fully enclosed, featuring two magnificent, very large palm trees that provide excellent natural shade. There is a water connection behind the house, making it easy to rinse off the dog after beach walks. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—including the basics and plenty of dishes and utensils for proper cooking.
We found it particularly convenient that the house has two entrances: a main entrance leading into the living and dining area, and a second entrance directly from the parking area (which accommodates two cars, even large ones) leading into a utility room with shelving and a washing machine. This room is perfect for storing groceries and drying laundry if the air is damp at night.
The house’s location is excellent. You can buy fresh baguettes and croissants in less than three minutes, and the Atlantic coast is less than five minutes away. The scenery there is breathtakingly beautiful at both high and low tide. A lovely market takes place just a three-minute walk away on Sundays, offering fruit, vegetables, regional specialties, and handicrafts; a visit is highly recommended.
The welcome we received at the house was very friendly, and the check-in process went perfectly.

Une superbe maison et des propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et aux petits soins pour nous assurer un séjour agréable. La cuisine d'Antonella est succulente, la gentillesse de Luigi incroyable et la bonne humeur de Francesco communicative.

Die Wohnung hat eine Superlage. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Wasser ist einmalig schön. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es sich bei der Strasse um eine Sackgasse handelt und es sehr ruhig ist und man sofort am Wanderweg ist. Am Tag der Sonnenfinsternis war es für uns sehr angenehm, dass wir sofort loswandern konnten und keine langen Wege mit dem Auto fahren mussten. Wer Sonnenuntergänge liebt, sollte unbedingt den Wanderweg auf den Berg nutzen. Auch der kurze Weg zum Steinstrand war sehr angenehm. Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern waren neu und sehr bequem. Der Service von R. war sehr freundlich und schnell. Vielen Dank hierfür nochmal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Verbesserung könnte man noch vorschlagen, dass bei heißen Tagen Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern vorteilhaft wären. Da wir die untere Wohnung hatten, konnten wir es aber noch aushalten. Eine Mikrowelle in der Küche wäre noch gut gewesen. Auch Kühlakkus in der Tiefkühltruhe wären toll. Und ein zweiter Sessel im Wohnzimmer wäre bei vier Personen noch angenehmer gewesen. Das Wlan könnte besser sein. Es hat leider nicht immer funktioniert. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung in Bestlage. Besonders gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass sämtliche Liegen und Schirme an den Stränden umsonst waren.

We particularly appreciated that the street is a cul-de-sac, making it very quiet, and that the hiking trail is right on the doorstep. On the day of the solar eclipse, it was very convenient for us to be able to start hiking immediately without having to drive anywhere. Anyone who loves sunsets should definitely take the hiking trail up the mountain. The short walk to the stony beach was also very pleasant. The mattresses in the bedrooms were new and very comfortable. The service provided by R. was very friendly and prompt—many thanks for that. We felt very comfortable. One suggestion for improvement: air conditioning in the bedrooms would be beneficial on hot days, though since we were in the lower apartment, it was still bearable. A microwave in the kitchen would have been a nice addition, as would ice packs in the freezer. Also, a second armchair in the living room would have made things more comfortable for a group of four. The Wi-Fi could be better; unfortunately, it didn't always work. Otherwise, it is a very lovely, spacious apartment in a prime location. We also really liked the fact that all the sun loungers and umbrellas at the beaches were free of charge.

Wij waren begin augustus daar, heel warm dus met name de kleine woning werd erg warm. Alle slaapkamers waren gelukkig voorzien van ventilatoren. De keuken is uitgebreid en voorzien van alles. Geen koffiezetapparaat, wel een percolator en de basiskruiden, peper, zout, olie en azijn zijn aanwezig. Er liggen ook bijvoorbeeld citronella kaarsen.
Het is een mooi zwembad met voldoende stoelen en ligbedden. De badkamers zijn een beetje gedateerd. We waren een beetje verbaasd dat we voor de opgestelde tafeltennistafel een huur van €10,- per dag moesten betalen en de energiekosten vonden we achteraf gezien ook erg hoog.
Toch een mooie woning met bijgebouwtje en en aardige eigenaar die goed Engels spreekt.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Tuscany as a family. The location in the middle of the olive grove is fantastic, with a stunning, far-reaching view over the countryside. The pool is amazing — especially its generous depth!

The house is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with a large, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms are lovely, although the attic rooms are a little less comfortable than the others - especially the bathrooms. We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and barbecuing outside.

Lucca is only about 20 minutes away, and there are some great restaurants nearby. One thing to keep in mind: there are quite a few mosquitoes, so come prepared!

Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Tuscany — we would happily come back.
