The best place we’ve ever stayed - and we’ve been going to Italy for twenty years. It’s a beautiful house, warm and crystal clear pool, everything you need including snacks and drinks. And ice creams. Big TVs in every room. Lovely bathrooms and showers. Everything you could possibly need and more. Cool with the AC on, comfortable and beautifully furnished. You’ll love it.

Excellent house. Lovely local agent who was very helpful. Highlights….
- pool area. Stunning. Very comfortable beds.
- bedrooms and air con made us all very comfortable
- large tvs in many rooms (although living room couldn’t really be used - see below)
- beautiful greenery and very well maintained outside and inside. The owner takes excellent care of the property.
A few suggestions…
- one shower (via a step in bath) is not ideal for such a large house.
- make it clear if air con pictured is not included in booking. We were very disappointed when air con pictured (in living room) wasn’t included in the booking and we were unable to use that room as it was so hot. Air con in bedrooms was fantastic.
- a small guest book/manual. Things like how to use the tv, blinds etc - even local places to go. the local agent showed lots of things upon check in but easier if it’s written down.

We had a great experience during our stay, and the owner is super sweet and also patient, as we arrived very late, at about 2 am. She was always on the phone waiting for us and making sure that we arrived safely. Her villa is lovely and very clean; also, the place is heaven. We will come back soon

Beautiful property in a fantastic location! It was very clean, comfortable, and an easy place we’d happily stay at again. A rental car is definitely recommended to make the most of the nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The only suggestions would be improved mosquito control and updating the outdoor lounge furniture on the master bedroom balcony. Overall, a great find and an excellent value—we’d definitely recommend it!

It was a very nice place with everything We could want, but We had to arrange things about tha aircondition because there was only aircondition in 3 rooms or Else the electricity couldnt make it, and We needed 4 rooms, so We had to make an arrangement and some would be without aircondition for the night and We were there when it was very hot, so it was a problem. Everything else was very nice.
