We had a wonderful weekend in "Holly". Easy to find, clean, well equipped, welcome gift of prosecco, comfy bed, amazing hot tub.
Good communication from the host before we arrived, and friendly meet and greet when we arrived.
Peaceful and private.
Only a few minutes drive to Bovey Tracey where there's agreat Chinese takeaway, and a few pubs.
We'll definately stay there again.

Amazing. Clean, everything in perfect shape. Easy to access. Two car garage. Bedroom with a large bed, second bedroom with bunk bed, third bedroom with bunkbed. Each of the three nedrooms sleeps two. Pullout sofabed in living area sleeps two more. One full bath and one half bath. Full kitchen.

Wir waren zum Skifahren in Ischgl, Kappl und See und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, ausgesprochen sauber und wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet – besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird.
Die Kommunikation mit Petra war von Anfang an herzlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich bemüht und ist auf Wünsche oder Anliegen sofort eingegangen – alles wurde direkt besprochen und umgesetzt. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich!
Ein besonderes Highlight war die Sauna – inklusive perfekt vorbereiteten Wellnessabend. Das war wirklich „on point“ und hat unsere Skitage wunderbar abgerundet. Auch der Brötchenservice lief völlig problemlos und ganz bequem per WhatsApp direkt mit Petra.
Die Lage ist für Kappl und See ideal – der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür. Nach Ischgl empfehlen wir eher das Auto, da nur der Linienbus direkt dorthin fährt und dieser im Verlauf der Strecke recht voll wird.
Sehr praktisch: Skier und Skischuhe haben einen eigenen Platz im Keller und pro Wohneinheit stehen zwei Parkplätze direkt am Haus zur Verfügung.
Insgesamt eine Ferienwohnung, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen würden. Klare 5 Sterne!

We went skiing in Ischgl, Kappl, and See and felt completely at home in the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, exceptionally clean, and truly superbly equipped – the kitchen, in particular, leaves nothing to be desired. You can immediately tell that great emphasis has been placed on quality and comfort.
Communication with Petra was warm, straightforward, and prompt from the very beginning. She was always available, incredibly helpful, and immediately addressed any requests or concerns – everything was discussed and implemented directly. That's truly exceptional!
A particular highlight was the sauna – including a perfectly planned wellness evening. It was absolutely perfect and wonderfully rounded off our ski days. The bread delivery service was also completely hassle-free and very convenient, arranged directly with Petra via WhatsApp.
The location is ideal for Kappl and See – the ski bus stops right outside the door. For Ischgl, we recommend using a car, as only the public bus goes directly there, and it gets quite crowded along the way.
Very convenient: Skis and ski boots have their own designated space in the basement, and two parking spaces are available per apartment right next to the house.
Overall, a vacation apartment we would book again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend. A definite 5 stars!

Ideal location - quiet and remote but easily accessible. Great for viewing the aurora - we were there for six nights and saw it most nights. The cabin was warm and comfortable with all essential items provided. There was limited storage space for clothing and no WiFi (5g mobile signal available instead if needed) - they were the only downsides!

Een nieuw, schoon, en meer dan keurig appartement. Goede bedden, en op loopafstand van de skilift en supermarkten. Ook veel leuke restaurantjes binnen 10 minuten lopen.

Lage - top, Nahe des Zentrums, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bergbahn sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Parkplätze direkt am Haus vorhanden - teilweise überdacht
Die beiden FeWo's sind liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. In den Badezimmern könnten ein paar mehr Ablageflächen und Haken vorhanden sein - das würde einiges erleichtern.
Das Schlafzimmer im EG ohne Fenster ist von der Belüftung her nicht so gut - es wurde nachts zu warm zum Schlafen, obwohl die Fußbodenheizung auf * runtergeregelt war - dadurch haben wir nicht so gut geschlafen und mussten nachts extra lüften.
Dass die Sauna extra kostet - ist halt so, aber dass man ausschließlich in Münzen zahlen kann und für 2 Std. 14 € benötigt, ist schon blöd - so viel Kleingeld hat man dann doch nicht mal eben dabei. (Ein Wechselautomat wäre ggf eine Lösung)
Uns fehlte ein (beheizbarer) Skischuh-Ständer im Haus, wo man diese aufhängen kann, dass sie über Nacht trocknen - ggf könnte man einen nachrüsten (mit Zeitschaltuhr wäre toll). Der Skiraum in der 'Garage' war für uns völlig ausreichend - für kurze Ski (Kinderski) war dieser jedoch nicht ganz geeignet - dafür waren die Halter zu weit oben - ggf ein/zwei weiter unten nachrüsten wäre cool.
Alles in allem sind es aber schöne FeWo's!!!

Cleanliness was superb. Parking spaces are available directly at the house - some are covered.
The two apartments are charmingly furnished and cozy. A few more shelves and hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful - that would make things much easier.
The ground floor bedroom, which has no window, isn't very well ventilated - it got too warm at night to sleep in, even though the underfloor heating was turned down to the lowest setting. As a result, we didn't sleep well and had to air it out during the night.
The fact that the sauna costs extra is understandable, but the fact that you can only pay with coins and need €14 for 2 hours is annoying - nobody carries that much small change around. (A change machine would be a good solution.)
We missed having a (heated) ski boot rack in the house where we could hang them to dry overnight - perhaps one could be added (with a timer would be great). The ski storage room in the garage was perfectly adequate for us – however, it wasn't quite suitable for short skis (children's skis) – the racks were too high. It would be great to add one or two lower racks.
All in all, though, they are lovely apartments!
