Una settimana in questa location ti fa dimenticare la vita frenetica di tutti i giorni,non manca niente per trascorrere un periodo di serenita'.
Poi si è vicini a 2 laghi Orta e Maggiore e non è tutto,la ciliegina sulla torta è il monte Mottarone 1500 metri di panorama,6 laghi dalla cima si possono vedere.Per arrivarci 20 minuti in auto con strada panoramica,insomma provare per credere.

The Property is close to the town center and train station. The bedroom is accesable from a ladder into a loft, The loft is only maybe 1.2 meters (4 feet) high, so once up in the loft, there's no standing room. It also has no ventilation. There's a large window but the sloping roof obscures most of the view. They also charge for sheet and towel usage, I dont know if this is standard for this area or not.

Perfect central location in the Val de Fossa, with beautiful mountain views. Be sure to walk up hill to visit the small but atmospheric "old town" of Penia clustered around the old church. Easy access to good, local hiking trails. Proprietor and family were friendly, welcoming, and always available. A great stay, and I would definitely return!

Très belle villa, les extérieurs et la piscine aussi ! Propre et fonctionnelle.

This best kept secret was ours for 11 nights and it’s even more beautiful in reality as on the pictures. Pictures cannot describe the dedication the owners put into it and still do on a daily basis. We have enjoyed this place for every minute we were there. The house is perfectly maintained, the pool pristine and the closest town or supermarket only at 10 minutes drive away. Same goes for all the beautiful and historical cities nearby. We cannot wait to return!!’

Very nice area, quiet place with a nice swimming pool and garden. Nice restaurant near by. Good starting point for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Cinque Terre.

La casa vacanze Il Mondanespole, situata vicino a Scarlino in Toscana, si trova su un terreno vastissimo, completamente recintato e videosorvegliato. Offre moltissimo spazio, libertà di movimento e privacy – ideale per gruppi numerosi in cerca di tranquillità e isolamento. Non ci sono abitazioni nelle immediate vicinanze, il che accentua ulteriormente la sensazione di riservatezza. Solo una strada a traffico moderato passa dietro la proprietà ed è udibile in certi momenti della giornata.
A prima vista, la struttura fa un’ottima impressione. La casa appare ben arredata, con tanti dettagli curati che le conferiscono un’atmosfera accogliente e gradevole. Tuttavia, osservando con più attenzione, si nota che molte cose sono pensate più per fare bella figura che per offrire qualità e funzionalità reali. Dietro alla facciata affascinante si cela quello che potremmo definire un classico approccio “all’italiana”: ciò che è bello non è sempre ben funzionante, e ciò che c’è non è detto che funzioni davvero.
In linea generale, la casa dispone di tutto ciò che si potrebbe desiderare per un soggiorno comodo – più docce, lavatrici, lavastoviglie, barbecue, elettrodomestici moderni. Tuttavia, il funzionamento lascia spesso a desiderare: manca la porta a una doccia, un’altra – dotata di comandi digitali – non è utilizzabile a causa di cattivi odori. Una delle tre lavatrici non funziona correttamente. Il frigorifero, che sembra nuovo, raffredda poco. La cappa aspirante è debole e il lavandino della cucina principale tende a far traboccare l’acqua invece di scaricarla correttamente. Anche le pentole, sebbene numerose, non sono tutte compatibili con il piano a induzione. Al piano superiore, si stacca la guarnizione da una porta doccia e accanto, al lavandino, l’acqua fuoriesce lateralmente dal rubinetto.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, ci troviamo di fronte a uno standard tipicamente italiano: una pulizia superficiale c’è, ma non è minimamente paragonabile agli standard tedeschi. Quando si entra in casa, non si percepisce alcun odore di pulito o di detergenti, il che lascia subito l'impressione che non sia stata effettuata una pulizia profonda. Chi ha un occhio attento alla pulizia noterà tende e copriletti macchiati, guarnizioni sporche in lavatrici e lavastoviglie, e angoli trascurati. Lo stesso vale per l’area barbecue: da lontano sembra spaziosa e accogliente, ma è in realtà sporca, trascurata, con arredi danneggiati e luce non funzionante. Il gas per il barbecue non è sempre pronto all’uso, ma solo su richiesta – segno che manca una manutenzione regolare.
In conclusione, Il Mondanespole offre un terreno fantastico, tanto spazio e un’impressione iniziale davvero positiva. Tuttavia, chi dà importanza alla qualità degli impianti, alla funzionalità degli elettrodomestici e a una pulizia accurata, dovrebbe ridimensionare le proprie aspettative. È una casa vacanze tipicamente italiana: piena di fascino, piena di potenziale – ma anche piena di compromessi.

Das Ferienhaus Il Mondanespole bei Scarlino in der Toskana liegt auf einem riesigen, vollständig eingezäunten und kameraüberwachten Grundstück. Es bietet außergewöhnlich viel Platz, Bewegungsfreiheit und Privatsphäre – ideal für größere Gruppen, die Ruhe und Abstand vom Alltag suchen. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es keine Häuser, was das Gefühl von Abgeschiedenheit verstärkt. Lediglich eine mäßig befahrene Straße verläuft hinter dem Grundstück und ist je nach Tageszeit akustisch wahrnehmbar.
Die Anlage macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Haus erscheint geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen liebevollen Details, die Gemütlichkeit und Stil vermitteln. Doch dieser erste Eindruck täuscht – wer genauer hinsieht, merkt schnell, dass vieles eher auf Wirkung als auf tatsächliche Qualität oder Funktionalität ausgelegt ist. Hinter der charmanten Fassade verbirgt sich der für Italien nicht untypische Hang zum Improvisierten: Was glänzt, ist nicht immer durchdacht, was vorhanden ist, funktioniert nicht zwangsläufig.
Grundsätzlich ist alles da, was man sich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt wünschen kann – von mehreren Duschen über Waschmaschinen, Geschirrspüler, Grillstelle bis hin zu modernen Küchengeräten. Doch leider ist nicht alles in funktionsfähigem Zustand: Eine Dusche hat keine Tür, eine andere – digital bedienbar – ist wegen üblem Geruch kaum nutzbar. Eine von drei Waschmaschinen funktioniert nur eingeschränkt. Der Kühlschrank sieht neuwertig aus, kühlt aber kaum. Die Dunstabzugshaube zieht nur schwach, der Abfluss der Hauptküche lässt Wasser überlaufen. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist zwar umfangreich, aber nicht vollständig auf das Induktionsfeld abgestimmt, wodurch ein Teil der Töpfe unbrauchbar ist. Im Obergeschoss löst sich die Abdichtung einer Duschtür, und beim Waschbecken daneben läuft Wasser neben dem Hahn aus.
Was die Reinigung betrifft, so bewegt sich diese klar auf italienischem Niveau – oberflächlich akzeptabel, aber nicht mit den gewohnten deutschen Standards vergleichbar. Man riecht beim Betreten des Hauses keinerlei Frische oder Putzmittel – es fehlt an dem typischen Eindruck, dass hier gründlich gereinigt wurde. Wer Wert auf tiefgehende Sauberkeit legt, wird sich an fleckigen Vorhängen, Bettüberzügen oder ungepflegten Dichtungen von Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler stören. Es wird grob sauber gemacht, aber eine gründliche Pflege, wie man sie aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum kennt, fehlt an vielen Stellen. Ähnlich zeigt sich das Bild beim Grillplatz: Er wirkt auf den ersten Blick großzügig und einladend, ist aber vernachlässigt, verschmutzt, mit beschädigtem Mobiliar ausgestattet, und auch hier funktioniert die Beleuchtung nicht. Gas für den Grill ist nur auf Nachfrage verfügbar – es wird nicht regelmäßig kontrolliert.
Insgesamt bietet Il Mondanespole ein wunderbares Grundstück mit großem Freiraum, viel Potenzial und einem angenehmen ersten Eindruck. Wer jedoch Wert auf technische Zuverlässigkeit, Sauberkeit im Detail und eine Ausstattung legt, die nicht nur vorhanden, sondern auch durchdacht und funktionierend ist, sollte seine Erwartungen anpassen. Es ist ein typisch italienisches Ferienhaus: voller Charme, voller Möglichkeiten – aber eben auch voller Kompromisse.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

A very nice house with a six-star view. Plenty of walking tracks right next door. The lake is too far to reach on foot.

Location fantastica immersa nel verde e nel silenzio.Tutto molto curato pulito e accessoriato per rendere la vacanza un'esperienza unica. Abbiamo trascorso giornate rilassanti in piscina o all'ombra del gazebo o degli ombrelloni godendo dello spettacolo gratuito di una famiglia di rondini che senza paura venivano ad abbeverarsi. Gli interni molto curati e originali. Il proprietario sig.Guido sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Se cercate pace e tranquillità, questo è il posto ideale. Grazie di averci ospitati. Torneremo il prima possibile.
