Wir mussten leider nach 4 Tagen aus persönlichen Gründen abreisen. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Leider waren die Gehwege und Grünanlagen sehr stark mit Hundekot verschmutzt. Wir haben auch 2 Hunde, aber die Hinterlassenschaften werden von uns entfernt. Es gab ausreichend Kotbeutel vor Ort. Der Strand war sehr gepflegt und sauber.

We loved this old villa with its swimming pool, large rooms and so much character. However, it is noisy. There is a railway line which runs at the bottom of the garden and a mens' hostel a few meters away with lots of noisy activity especially in the evenings. We were there in June so tractors and trailers were thundering past the villa and garden throughout the day. The gardener who came every morning was keen to cut and strim the grass at 8am. It is NOT within walking distance of the town which was delightful, so you will need a car. We drove from the UK so we had all the household and kitchen items we needed. In the kitchen was only 2 dishwasher tablets, a bottle of water and a bottle of Prosecco, that's it! So be prepared to bring with you or buy salt, pepper, oil, herbs, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry supplies etc. The tennis court and the table tennis table were old and seen better days, old rackets and some balls were provided. There are no mosquito nets on the windows or doors.

Wir verbrachten wunderbare 3 Wochen in Al Mennucci. Das Haus, der Pool und die fantastische Aussicht - hervorragend! Es war alles sauber und die gesamte Technik funktionierte einwandfrei. Aus eigener Erfahrung wissen wir, dass das nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Paola, die liebenswürdige Eigentümerin, sah regelmäßig nach dem Rechten, Wäsche und Betten wurden jede Woche neu gemacht.
Wir haben außer der etwas abenteuerlichen Zufahrt nichts auszusetzen und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Fabulous 3 weeks holiday and probably the best overall property in 30 years of traveling. The owners were great, the location was superb for us and the equipment level so good plus the weather was consistently good for period which allowed us to comfortably enjoy the swimming pool on a daily basis.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Ort, der Bäcker ist gegenüber, ebenso der Supermarkt. Fast täglich gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung einen Markt, wo man Gemüse, frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte und Fleisch kaufen kann. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist ca. 250m entfernt, der Strand ca. 350m. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Das Wifi musste man allerdings zusätzlich buchen.

Michelangioli a Brolio was incredible! Our group of 16 loved it- we cooked, swam, sunned, sauna'd, and toured around nearby towns. It is rare to find a property with a double bed and bath for every room. Everyone was comfortable, had their privacy and we had all we needed. Easy Reserve answered any questions our guests had, before and during the stay. It really is a dream property, with miles of views and the scent of jasmine. Beyond highly recommended.
