This spacious vacation rental spans 100 square metres across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was fully renovated in 2021 and features comfortable, cosy furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you will find a large double bedroom, a generously sized kitchen and living area equipped with a dining table, and a shower with WC. The upper floor, which is accessed via an external staircase and is not internally connected to the ground floor, features a large entrance hall, 1 double bedroom, and 1 large double bedroom, the latter of which also provides direct access to a balcony. A second shower with WC is also located on the upper floor. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 levels, and that the entrance to the apartment is accessible via 4 steps.

The apartment is well equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher, making it fully functional for preparing meals during your visit. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
