The upper floor, which is accessed via an external staircase and is not internally connected to the ground floor, features a large entrance hall, 1 double bedroom, and 1 large double bedroom, the latter of which also provides direct access to a balcony. A second shower with WC is also located on the upper floor. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 levels, and that the entrance to the apartment is accessible via 4 steps.
