The apartment was fully renovated in 2021 and features comfortable, cosy furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you will find a large double bedroom, a generously sized kitchen and living area equipped with a dining table, and a shower with WC. The upper floor, which is accessed via an external staircase and is not internally connected to the ground floor, features a large entrance hall, 1 double bedroom, and 1 large double bedroom, the latter of which also provides direct access to a balcony. A second shower with WC is also located on the upper floor. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 levels, and that the entrance to the apartment is accessible via 4 steps.

The apartment is well equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher, making it fully functional for preparing meals during your visit. Entertainment is well catered for, with a flat screen television and satellite TV available on the ground floor, as well as flat screen televisions with satellite TV in both bedrooms on the upper floor. Heat is available throughout the property to ensure your comfort regardless of the season. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
