On the main level, you will find a living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, as well as a combined kitchen and living area equipped with a full range of appliances. A separate WC is also available on this floor. On the upper floor, the sleeping arrangements are distributed across 3 rooms: the first room features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, the second room contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and the third room offers 1 single bed measuring 90 cm with a length of 190 cm alongside 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm with a length of 190 cm. A shower and WC are located on this floor to serve the sleeping quarters.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
