The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for couples or small families.

On the main level, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining area furnished with practical and comfortable pieces, including a sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living area also features a dining table and direct access to a pergola-covered terrace with a south-facing orientation. Adjacent to the living space is a large, fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the lower ground floor, the property offers 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as direct access to a terrace. A second shower room with WC is also available on this floor to serve both bedrooms.
