The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each also measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The apartment offers 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC, providing convenient facilities for all occupants. The spacious and bright living and dining area is finished with modern and tasteful furnishings, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socialising. The large open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
