In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Très bien, appartement très agréable. très bien situé proche de la mer, de Deauville et du magasin d'alimentation. Mais l'appartement et le parking se situant dans un grand complexe sont assez difficile à trouver. Mais une fois fait, ça va. Idéal aussi pour faire du vélo, car piste cyclable et zone 30 jusqu’à Deauville.
