From this area, you have direct access to a west-facing balcony offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The entrance hall features 1 set of bunk beds with 2 tiers, each measuring 90 cm, making excellent use of the available space and providing additional sleeping accommodation. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the studio and is followed by a bathroom and a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

The studio is well-equipped to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. In the kitchenette, you will find a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals with ease. A washing machine is also available, allowing you to manage laundry conveniently during your stay. The living area features a flat-screen television, though please be aware that TV channels are available in French only. Electric heating ensures a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout the studio regardless of the season. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service upon request.

The property is designated for non-smokers only, and this rule applies throughout the entire studio and its balcony. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for the safety of all guests. Please note that the building is not equipped with a lift, so access to the third floor is via the staircase. Parking is available for guests during their stay. The west-facing balcony provides a serene outdoor space where you can enjoy the spectacular mountain and valley scenery at your leisure.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
