"Selma" is a 3-room apartment spanning 90 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 3rd floor, and comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The apartment welcomes you with an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, from which you can access one of the 2 south-facing balconies, each measuring 10 m2 and furnished with balcony furniture, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to the main living area. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is a double room featuring a shower and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and provides access to the second balcony, which also benefits from the same stunning mountain and valley panorama. Additionally, there is a separate room with sloping ceilings and no window, fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 200 cm in length. A bath and WC serve this floor. Please be aware that the elevator in the building reaches only the 2nd floor, after which 8 steps remain to reach the 3rd floor.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
