The first bedroom is a children's room furnished with 2 bunk beds, each sleeping 2, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The living and dining area is a welcoming space featuring a dining table, a flat-screen television, and a DVD player, with direct access to a private south-facing garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A bathroom with WC and a double hand-basin is available, complemented by a separate additional WC. Guests also have access to a 10 m2 terrace from which the beautiful panoramic mountain views can be fully appreciated.

For social dining experiences, a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also available. Entertainment in the living area is provided through a flat-screen television and a DVD player. Laundry needs are catered to with a washing machine on the premises. The apartment benefits from heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay throughout the year. A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom for guest convenience. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the apartment. Pets are welcome in the property, subject to the conditions outlined below.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
