On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a generous living room featuring a flat-screen satellite TV and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. 1 double bedroom with a hand-basin is also located on this level, alongside a large kitchen of 17 m2 equipped with a dining table, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.
