San Martino is a nice stone building having a total of four independent units that is conveniently located 9 km (6 mi) from Colle Di Val D'elsa, Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 25 km (16 mi) from San Gimignano. San Martino, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning and pool.
Melograno 2604 (56sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on two levels and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Vriendelijk eigenaren. Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement met fijn zwembad. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat de airco alleen op één slaapkamer aanwezig is en die dus alleen verkoeld. De rest van het appartement wordt dus niet verkoeld door de airco. Maar verder een fijne locatie!

Only small point of criticism is that the air-conditioning is only present in one bedroom, so it only cools that one. So the rest of the apartment is not cooled by the air conditioning. Absolutely stunning location! Tucked away in a very cute Italian village. The flat was very clean and big! Would highly recommend this villa!

A lovely apartment with fabulous views and swimming pool which was cleaned most nights. Very friendly and helpful owners. Kitchen was equipped fairly basically and we could have done with aircon in both bedrooms but we were there at a particularly hot time. Easy reach to some of the main Tuscany attractions.

It was an excellent villa. Very clean, excellent views and facilities. The owners were the nicest and most welcoming villa owners we have meet. The location is good only if you have a car, but this is not a big problem.
