Property Description

La Collinella is located 4 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 22 km (14 mi) from San Gimignano. La Collinella is a beautiful holiday rental with shared pool and WiFi internet. The apartment has been divided into a total of four private apartments. The property can accommodate up to 23 guests comfortably. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

The Collinella is divided in 14 apartments with two, three or four rooms: some of them are in the villa and others are in three groups of independent houses.

È completamente immersa nella natura toscana, ma in posizione strategica per visitare diverse città/borghi ( Vinci, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Siena Firenze ...) La tenuta è veramente grande, c'è la piscina, cucina molto attrezzata, auto al coperto, molta privacy nel proprio alloggio ... Ci siamo trovati bene; uno dei prezzi più bassi, vicino Firenze, con piscina.

Perfect unless thé noise between the appartments (toilets noises, baby craying) and the martres too hard.
Our host is really kind and the place is marvellous : the view, the swimming pool and all the games for children are great !

It was a pleasure to stay in Collinella. It was a very clean Apartment. The staff were very friendly and it was in the center of tuscany. You can see the best places inbetween one hour. You have a children pool and an extra big pool. It is also possible to take your dog with you. Very nice place to stay for family and Friends.

Wyposażenie apartamentu w stylu "rustykalnym". Wszystko sprawne i funkcjonalne jednak nie pierwszej nowości. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Łóżka wygodne i czyste.
Największą zaletą obiektu jest basen. Duży, czysty z mnóstwem leżaków, parasole i stoliczki oraz wieczorne oświetlenie. Grill i zadaszone miejsce do odpoczynku na zewnątrz. Obiekt zamknięty, bezpieczny i spokojny. Możliwość zamówienia pieczywa. Właścicielka porozumiewa się po niemiecku, angielsku i francusku.

The biggest advantage of the facility is the swimming pool. Large, clean with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and tables and evening lighting. Grill and roofed area to rest outdoors. Closed, safe and quiet. Possibility of ordering bread. The owner speaks German, English and French.
