Astrid 802 is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental situated on the 8th floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall featuring a separate WC. The open-plan living and dining area is elegantly furnished with a dining table and offers direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy a truly breathtaking view of the sea. The first double bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and includes a private shower. The second double bedroom also features 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with 1 fold-away bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides its own access to the balcony. A separate shower completes the bathroom facilities. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping options may be available than the maximum occupancy allows, the limit of 5 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted open kitchen offering an excellent range of appliances, including a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. For your entertainment, a digital television with access to international channels is provided in the living and dining area. A hair dryer is available for your convenience, and high-speed wireless internet access via WiFi is included at no additional cost. The balcony is furnished to allow you to fully enjoy the outdoor space and the stunning sea views it offers.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
