The apartment also features a living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with a cable TV with flat screen. The sleeping area within the living room can be separated from the rest of the space by means of a curtain, offering an additional degree of privacy. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
