In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Great value for money. The location is close to a local city bus shuttle stop which will bring you to the lift or downtown. The apartment is clean, homey and has a great view... but you must be in shape to climb up the three flights of stairs!
