The second bedroom also contains 2 beds and benefits from a balcony with both south-facing and west-facing orientations. The third bedroom contains 2 beds. The fourth bedroom contains 1 bed and opens onto a west-facing balcony. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
