The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is a smaller room furnished with 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower, a double hand-basin, and a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining area, which also features a flat-screen television.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
