The ground level of the apartment features a bright and elegantly furnished living and dining area that opens onto a south-west facing balcony, offering a very beautiful view of the sea. The lounge area flows naturally into an open kitchen, fully equipped for everyday use. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this level. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide. A bathroom and a separate WC are also located on the upper floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Bei Ankunft erschrickt man zuerst einmal wegen der ungepflegten Außenanlage. Der Lift ist nicht zu gebrauchen (Türen zusammengerostet, anstelle der Drücker zum Anfordern nur leere Dosen mit Drähten), deswegen auch ein Punkt Abzug.
Die Wohnung selbst ist einwandfrei und entschädigt für die Außenanlagen. Klasse Lage, die Einrichtung ist stimmig und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
DAs Personal vor Ort ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

The apartment itself is impeccable and compensates for the outdoor facilities. Class location, the decor is consistent and clean. Everything is there, what you need.
The on-site staff is also very friendly.
