On the ground floor, a welcoming living and dining area forms the heart of the home, complete with a flat screen television offering satellite and international channels, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width, accompanied by a private bathroom with a double hand-basin. An open-plan kitchen is situated on this level, and a separate WC is also available.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each with access to a balcony. The first of these rooms features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a shower room. The second bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds of 90 cm each. A shared shower room and a separate WC serve this level.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
