The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The ground floor also includes a kitchenette fitted with 4 hot plates and an oven, as well as a separate shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a second living and dining room provides a welcoming communal space with access to a south-facing balcony. The fifth bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and benefits from a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
