The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this living space. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 bunk bed featuring 2 sleeping berths, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a practical and comfortable sleeping arrangement for younger guests.
