From this level, you have direct access to a private terrace of 7 square metres, equipped with terrace furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation. A kitchenette is also located on this floor, fitted with 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is available on this floor for added convenience. On the upper floor, a gallery with a rooflight offers 2 additional sleeping spaces: 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This upper level also features a shower with WC. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas on the upper floor are located in an open-plan gallery space.
