The 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and also opens directly onto the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The terrace spans 15 m2, is furnished with terrace furniture, and offers a very beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom, while electric heating serves the entire apartment. The kitchen is well appointed with a microwave, a dishwasher, and a full selection of cooking appliances as described in the layout. A washing machine is available for guests' use, along with an iron and a hair dryer. The flat screen television in the living area broadcasts FR channels only. Free WiFi internet access is provided throughout the apartment. A smoke alarm is installed for guests' safety.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
