The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

At the lower level, the "GARDEN APARTMENT" faces the lawn and the sea, on the ground floor of the villa, a few meters from the swimming pool.

There are no architectural barriers or steps.
It is suitable for both disabled and elderly people with reduced mobility, as well as very young children.

It has a large kitchen living room, with a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, big refrigerator/freezer, tea kettle, Italian coffee machine, table and chairs.
There are:
One bedroom with a double bed.
One bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together).
A large bathroom with shower and bathtub that also allows access for people in wheelchairs.

A second bedroom area has:
One bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a nice shower, and a small living room.

The furnishings are “Ligure-Provenzale” style, and the blue tones inspired by the sky and sea make you feel like you are vacationing outdoors.
The Italian, high quality, personalized curtains, and bed-linens are there for your enjoyment.

The garden floor area can sleep up to 6 people: 4 people in double beds, 2 people in single beds.
Cribs and highchairs are available upon request.
