Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment for 6 persons with pool and close to the beach in Cannes La Bocca. This apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a recently build residence and has a big sunny terrace of 130 m2. The apartment has new furniture inside and outside and the kitchen is well-equipped. It offers aircondition, wifi, washingmachine, garage, shared swimmingpool and the residence is secured and has a lift.
Cannes La Bocca is a very living district with a market, lots of restaurants, bars and cafés, shopping facilities and beaches.
The city of Cannes on the French Riviera is a dream city full of vacation, palm trees, palaces, blue sky and sea, movie stars, luxury yachts and shopping. This scene is a contrast to the Provencal hillsides with spring mimosa, old villages and the markets with all the colors, where you can feel Provence's eternal beating heart.
Distances: The distance to the center of Cannes is 4 km and public transport is very easy, The beach is at only 50 meters and there are several local bars and restaurants as well as shops, supermarkets etc very near the residence. On Saturdays there is a local market and on weekdays (except Monday) a fruit-and vegetable market.
There are lots of possibilities for a perfect holiday for both parents and children, whether one seeks peace and relaxation, or a more active holiday. As transport to center of Cannes is very easy this apartment is also very convenient for congress visits, for example for MIPIM, MIPTV, LIONS, filmfestival, MIDEM, MIPCOM, tax-free or MAPIC. Frequent bus, and train connections from La Bocca to the rest of the coast are within easy reach. Distance to the bus stop: 75 meters. Distance to the train station: 500 meters.
The distance from Nice airport is 28 km, to Cannes center: 3,5 km, to Marseilles: 180 km, to Gorges du Verdon: 90 km, to St. Tropez: 85 km and to Aix en Provence: 150 km.
At guests disposal: shared swimming pool, privat furnished terrace of 130 m2, lift, internet, aircondition, washingmachine and private garage.
