The apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living area features a small combined living and dining room that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a cable television. The second bedroom is a smaller room furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen area is configured as a kitchenette. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. From the apartment, you have direct access to the garden and to a large terrace of 30 m2, complemented by a lawn area of 30 m2, offering a pleasant side view of the mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
