The balcony is furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, perfect for enjoying the surroundings in a relaxed setting. The 1 bedroom is situated in a north-facing position and features 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring added convenience for all guests.

The apartment is fully equipped to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchen is outfitted with 3 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and both a fondue chinoise and a cheese fondue set. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
