On the ground floor, you will find an elegant dining room with a panoramic window and a dining table, as well as a large living room also featuring a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.
The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first is a large double bedroom featuring a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a terrace and a private shower and WC. The second bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, equipped with a fan. The third is an open double bedroom with a panoramic window, furnished with 2 beds each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and served by a shared shower and WC.
